These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and engagement with the services, web platforms, and mobile software provided by Cospixare Technologies ("Cospixare," "we," or "our"). By engaging our services or accessing our website (https://www.cospixaretechnologies.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Project Engagements

Cospixare Technologies provides custom software engineering, cross-platform mobile application development (Flutter), website architecture, cloud DevOps infrastructure, and UX/UI prototyping. All project scopes, deliverables, sprint timelines, and commercial estimates are formalized in written Statements of Work (SOW) or digital project quotations.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

We believe in absolute transparency and client empowerment:

• 100% Client Code Ownership: Upon settlement of agreed milestone payments, all bespoke source code, database architectures, graphics, and technical documentation developed for the client are assigned exclusively to the client with zero vendor lock-in.
• Proprietary Assets: Cospixare retains all ownership rights to its pre-existing proprietary boilerplates, developer tools, and internal frameworks used to facilitate project acceleration.
• LinkBasket: The LinkBasket mobile application, trademarks, and associated cloud assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Cospixare Technologies.

3. Client Responsibilities & Milestones

To ensure rapid agile sprint cycles and on-time milestone releases, clients agree to provide necessary technical specifications, feedback, and staging environment credentials in a timely manner. Project milestone sign-offs will be processed within five (5) business days of deliverable submission.

4. Post-Launch Technical Warranty

All production custom software deployed by Cospixare Technologies is backed by a 60-day post-launch technical warranty covering any functional defects, regressions, or code errors non-compliant with the signed project specification.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all technical blueprints, financial terms, trade secrets, customer databases, and proprietary algorithms as strictly confidential. Confidential obligations remain binding indefinitely following project completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, Cospixare Technologies' aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall be limited to the total service fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
